Terms & Conditions

Promotions or Specials

Promotions or specials are of a limited time and may be replaced or eliminated at any time by Lite Brite LEDs without advance notice.

Payments

We accept all commonly used payment methods, credit cards, PayPal, etc. Ask us for your preferred method of payment.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged where applicable and added to your invoice amount due.

Returns

No credit will be given if we find that the product has been used, installed, or unboxed / without box, unless otherwise specified. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. Custom orders may not be returned, they are a final sale.

Refunds

Any refunds for defective products, once approved, will be refunded to the original charge card used. Refunds may not exceed the amount of the original purchase price.

Cancellation

Orders cancelled immediately will not be charged. Orders canceled after it has shipped from our supplier and charged to your account will incur a restock fee.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies

The information on the site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Lite Brite LEDs reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may relate to product description, pricing, product availability, or the like.

Guarantee

Lite Brite LEDs is not responsible for damages to a product caused by improper use, unusual storage conditions, damage by neglect, etc.

Disclaimer

All parts purchased at Lite Brite LEDs and installation of aftermarket parts or modifications by Lite Brite LEDs are at the customer’s own risk. In the unlikely event that property, persons, vehicles, and the likes are damaged by products purchased on Lite Brite LEDs, the customer cannot hold Lite Brite LEDs liable. Customer assumes all costs and risks associated with the installation, use, and purchase of these aftermarket items. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure the products that are being purchased are compatible with the vehicle make, model, and year. The installation of aftermarket parts may void factory warranties.
